In-line & dome heatsealing

The D2-900 is a high speed, fully automatic in-line film and dome heatsealing machine designed for both standard heatseal and MAP requirements. It can be arranged as a standalone machine, positioned downstream of the customer’s existing assembly conveyor, or arranged as a modular system, working in conjunction with fillers and depositors, combining into a fully automatic production line. With the modular system, the customer can specify the length on the indexing conveyor to accommodate their tray denesting and filling equipment. The D2-900 will seal up to eight trays at any one time, making it capable of production speeds in excess of 100 packs per minute.
