ACCURATE SLEEVE PLACEMENT

Automatic sleeving and closing has become an important factor in automating the end of line efficiently.

D2 has developed a system for pre-glued sleeves that reliably places package product (trays, pots, etc) into sleeves or open end cartons of all shapes and sizes.

Full or part sleeves can be accommodated easily with minimal changeover time between products. Most important is the fact that a range of trays can be packed without the need for change parts.

The footprint is compact (about the size of a rotary table) and fits in-line before the final packing station. Suresleeve can also be married up with our CombiPPAC pick and place to provide a UNIQUE compact end-of-line solution.

The machine has been proven under production conditions to be reliable and easy to use. Payback is justified on a double shift with two current operators in under 12 months.
