It has recently been brought to our attention by several of our customers that they have been approached by a competitor to D2 and asked to supply D2 manufactured trays to them. I would therefore like to ask, if you are approached, that you decline their offer to purchase our trays from yourselves and not supply to any third parties outside of your normal trading relationships. 

We have also been made aware that many of our trays are being offered to customers as sample trays from their own range. This would lead to the assumption that they are not in a position to supply these trays from their own manufacture. Please take a view on any trays that may be sent to you, particularly those which do not fit with their known “cut corner” shape.
