Compact and mobile the PGS2100 has been designed to work down stream of any single lane conveyor system and can accept trays in a random pattern. Our sleeving machines have many options enabling them to be tailor made to your bespoke requirements, options include extended in & out feed conveyors and also the option to have an ink jet printer inside for barcodes and dates.

Working at speeds in excess of Forty packs per minute the PGSD2100 is extremely cost effective when compared to manual sleeving.

The changeover from one sleeve to the next is very quick and easy enabling the use of several products to be batch run in one shift.
