In-line & dome heatsealing

The Smoothseal 900 is a high speed, fully automatic in-line film and dome heatsealing machine designed for both standard heatseal and MAP requirements. It can be arranged as a standalone machine, positioned downstream of the customer’s existing assembly conveyor, or arranged as a modular system, working in conjunction with fillers and depositors, combining into a fully automatic production line. With the modular system, the customer can specify the length on the indexing conveyor to accommodate their tray denesting and filling equipment. The Smoothseal 900 will seal up to eight trays at any one time, making it capable of production speeds in excess of 100 packs per minute.
