With the constantly changing demands of both customers and retailers, aluminium foil trays from D2 Europack can offer the perfect packaging solution, whether your business operates in chilled meals, frozen foods or bakery sectors.
As well as offering over 350 conventional foil trays and speciality trays, many of which are unique, our range of Smoothwall trays allows for heat sealing with a barrier film. This process provides a hygienic solution for both standard air closing and MAP for extended shelf life. A variety of lids and closures is also available to complement our traditional foils.
To create visual appeal or a point of difference between products or ranges, trays can be lacquered in a variety of colours. Alternatively, choose our bespoke tray design service if your requirements cannot be met from our existing standard profiles.
NEW FACILITY
Our brand new facility in North Wales offers both warehousing and distribution of foil trays with over 15,000 sq feet of space. This gives us more UK coverage with faster deliveries and a direct link to our Irish customers.
D2 Europack customers benefit from a modern, hygienic European manufacturing facility. The site, which has 24 presses and is fully automated and audited to ISO9001 standards, was purpose built for the manufacture of food containers. Every aspect of your order is carefully managed by D2 and stocks of finished trays are held at our UK warehouse for customer call off.
