D2 aftersales provides support to our sales team and customers via our service engineers, ideally located in the UK. We ensure that our teams are within easy reach of all customers, to maximise the highest level of support . . .

At D2, we understand the issues of down-time and the benefits of preventative maintenance. One of the ways in which we achieve this level of support is via the “Prevent Programme”, which is a range of tailor-made service contracts to suit your equipment servicing, training and technical requirements; backed up with a comprehensive spare parts inventory.

 

We deploy only the best engineers, with over 50 years of comprehensive support experience from within the industry. Our product knowledge is unrivalled; all our engineers are fully trained in our range of machinery and consumables, with the ability to provide local on-site training and support where it is needed.

 

We have built a reputation for our applications and systems knowledge, with a ‘will-do’ positive attitude to see the job through, thus ensuring minimal downtime for our customers. The commitment to service and quality is echoed across all aspects of the company.
